Shipments: All shipments will be delivered depending on the country in which you are located and on working days. All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holiday, will begin to be processed on the next working day.
The transport agency will make the delivery of the parcel at the address indicated in the order. In the case of not being able to contact the client after the delivery, the transport agency will make the appropriate according to its norms.
In the case that the package is returned because the agency has not located the customer or after the time according to its own rules, it will be the same customer that assumes the shipping costs again. Holidays in no shipments will be made. No deliveries are made on weekends. It is the responsibility of the customer if the product does not arrive at destination if they choose another company for shipping. Glamdiosa reserves the right to cancel any order. Once the package has been sent, the change of address of delivery or rechanneling of the same one by mistake of the client when entering the postal code, the client will assume the expenses. In case the client is not going to be at the initial address, he or she will leave her parcel at the nearest destination agency so he or she can pick it up. No shipments are made to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.
